Rebel Printing Company Policies

We founded Rebel Printing Company with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more!



If you have your own design or simply a design idea, it’s not a problem. We can work with your design whether it’s production ready, an idea in your head, or somewhere in between. 

Often our customers would like to see design work before they place their order. We can provide artwork before your order is placed, but a full payment for the artwork is required, and non-refundable. If you place your order after the artwork is finalized, and there are no changes, there would be no additional art charge and a portion will be applied to your order total.. (If our artist completes the design and the customer does not place an order the art charge is $40)


DEPOSIT: Once approved and we’ve received ½ of the total order upfront, we can get started. If you choose to pay with a deposit we require a signed one time credit authorization form on file for the remaining portion of your order. Don't worry we won't charge it unless your order is complete and you've been notified. You can call us and pay with card over the phone or we can invoice you via a few options. We will email you a digital mockup. This mockup will include a photo of your garment with logo(s) for sizing, coloring, and placement (colors from screen to print could vary). You will need to approve this verbally or in writing. 

Promotional items must be paid in full at the time of order. 


TURNAROUND: All orders are completed in the order they are received. This is normally two weeks, unless a holiday falls during or in-between the order start and completion date. 

RUSH ORDERS: If you need your order in a quicker timeframe than our normal two week turnaround time we will do everything we can to accommodate you. However, rush orders often cause us to run our staff at overtime hours, resulting in a need to charge additional rush fees. Rush orders are subject to a 10%-25% rush charge depending on the production allotment at that time. 

RETURNS: Unless a clear production error has been made by Rebel Printing Company that is an obvious conflict with the approved production order, no returns of the decorated merchandise will be accepted. Rebel Printing Company has the sole and complete discretion to authorize (or refuse) the return of any product purchased by the customer.
